A Magistrate Court judge gives the green light for an arrest after checking out a cop’s report and seeing enough evidence suggesting a crime happened. The judge must think a sensible person would believe the accused did it based on the facts shared. If there’s enough proof, the judge can issue a warrant so officers can nab and hold the suspect.
